Pre-pay credit packs
Buy credits up front to skip the wait. Three pack sizes with a small bulk discount.
Updated April 15, 2026
If you want a head start on credits, you can buy a pre-pay pack. This is fully optional. Many creators run for months on earned credits alone.
The packs
- 100 credits. Small starter pack.
- 500 credits. Most popular.
- 2,000 credits. Best per-credit price.
We show the per-credit price next to each pack. The price drops at bigger sizes. You can buy as many packs as you want, any time.
How buying works
- Go to Credits.
- Click Buy a pack.
- Pick the size.
- Confirm with the card on file.
- The credits land in your balance right away.
How packs are spent
Free credits go first. Earned credits go next. Paid credits go last. So your bought credits sit safely in the bank until everything else runs out.
Refunds
Pack purchases are refundable for seven days as long as none of the credits were spent. After seven days, or after any spend, we cannot refund. This is because once a credit is spent on a trade, we have to honour the trade. We cannot take it back without messing up another creator.
If you bought a pack by mistake (clicked the wrong size, etc.), tell us right away. If no credits were used, we will refund.
Auto-top-up
If you do not want to think about it, turn on auto-top-up. Pick a trigger. For example, "buy a 500 pack when my balance falls below 50". We will charge your card when the trigger fires, and add the credits.
You can change the trigger or turn it off any time.
Receipts
Every purchase makes a receipt. You can find your receipts on the Billing page. Each one is a normal PDF. Use them for your taxes.
Should I buy a pack?
You should buy a pack if you want to start fast and you do not have time to earn credits first. If you are happy to start small and grow, the free fifty credits are plenty to get going.
There is no penalty for never buying a pack. The whole site works fine on earned credits. Paid packs are a shortcut for people who want one.
