Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-04-28
Initial draft — to be reviewed by counsel before public launch. Version 2026-04-28.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account on FanOS (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
FanOS coordinates promotional shoutouts between OnlyFans creators and the agencies that operate them. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws and the OnlyFans Terms of Service.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Only Creators may open a Workspace; Staff members may be invited by a Creator.
4. Payment & Card on File
Card-on-file requirement. By signing up you agree to maintain a valid payment method on file for the entirety of any active fan attribution. Removing or invalidating your payment method is a Terms violation and may result in suspension of your Workspace, blocking of new campaigns, and collection of outstanding balances. Card swap is permitted; card removal is not.
We use Stripe to process payments. Card details are tokenized by Stripe and never seen by us directly. Charges occur monthly on the 1st (UTC) for the prior period’s accrued platform fees. Failed payments enter Stripe Smart Retries (4 attempts over 21 days). Persistent non-payment results in a Workspace status of Delinquent and pausing of campaigns.
5. Fees
Platform fees are calculated as a percentage of attributed fan revenue and accrued daily. Current fee tiers are available in your Workspace settings.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or violations of OnlyFans policy. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
