Agency Pools lets you define private pools for the creators on your roster, drag accounts into them, set how often each one trades, and let the engine run automatically. Free during the preview period.
You define the pools. The engine runs them.
- Pool definition. System pools are auto-derived from band, gender, and sub-model. Agency pools are anything you name them — “VIP”, “new talent”, “cross-promo Tuesdays”.
- Membership. Drag accounts into pools. Each account can sit in multiple agency pools at once with its own quota in each.
- Frequency. Set how many shoutouts per day each account does within each pool. The engine picks pairs least-recently-paired.
- Topology safety. Gender topology stays on by default. Cross-gender pairing is an explicit per-pool toggle.

Paste credentials for up to 25 OF accounts at a time. Each connects independently; partial success is fine.
Autopilot scheduler
A 15-minute tick respects per-pool windows, account ceilings, min-minutes-between-posts, and your topology rules.
Free preview seats
No charge for active accounts during the preview period. Pricing will be introduced after partnering agencies have run on live data; partners get advance notice and migration support.
Reports + audit
Per-pool fans attributed, distinct pairs, gross revenue. Every admin override + seat change is logged.

Add or remove accounts at any time. Seats are free while we partner with the first agencies and gather live data; per-seat pricing will be introduced afterward with advance notice. The base ShoutXChange platform fee on attributed revenue stays at 25%.
